Approachable,
down to the details.
The identity pairs General Sans with Instrument Serif. The first keeps information easy to scan; the second adds expression to the larger headings.
A warm charcoal background and a small flash of citron carry through the website, property cards and identity applications.
The EH monogram takes its shape from a gate: open space between upright lines. It stays simple enough to work at the size of a browser icon.
